RWA SemiAnalysis reports that Chinese DRAM maker ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) has become the world’s fourth-largest DRAM supplier. The firm claims that CXMT’s rise will not disrupt the ongoing memory shortage supercycle in the near term, as supply constraints persist across the industry.
